Axcera is constantly expanding its workforce, we are curently looking to fill the following positions:

INTERNATIONAL SALES/MARKET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Qualified candidates for this position will possess knowledge of the international markets and required selling techniques. Experience selling to the international broadcast market is preferred. International sales experience is a must. Experience in prospecting, developing technical sales presentations, analyzing customer needs and markets to determine appropriate solutions, and preparing strategic proposals is a must. A BS Degree in a technical discipline is preferred. This highly visible position requires 5+ years of experience and the ability to travel. It is anticipated that 75% travel will be required.

ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN
The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the repair and calibration of test equipment and engineering prototype fabrication and testing. This is an hourly position.

PRO-E DRAFTER
Proficient in Pro-E mechanical layout and detailing. This is an Hourly position

GRAPHIC DESIGNER/MARKETING COORDINATOR
The ideal candidate will have a two or four year college degree or equivalent work experience in Design/Visual Communications or a related field. A minimum of 4 years experience designing and producing outstanding print, Web, and multimedia projects in a design firm, in-house communications department, or independently as a consultant for corporate customers is required. Candidate must be visionary, think from a conceptual marketing perspective and possess the ability to take projects from concept through completion. Must be fluent in industry-standard print and Web design applications, especially InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop and DreamWeaver, as well as Microsoft Office applications. HTML, PHP and CSS knowledge is a plus.

The candidate will generate the visual design elements and copy for the internal and external web site and print media including brochures, direct mail pieces, trade magazine ads, and tradeshow signage. Additional responsibilities will include planning and coordinating domestic and international tradeshows, planning, negotiating and placing web and print advertisements, and participating in overall marketing planning. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

PRODUCT MANAGER
The successful candidate will work with the Director of Product Management to provide expert technical sales support, create sales materials, manage the product roadmap, define new product requirements for engineering, and determine pricing guidelines. This person will become expert with Axcera's products and applications, developing and delivering presentations at broadcast industry conferences and conducting internal product sales training.

The ideal candidate will have experience with and a deep knowledge of RF transmission systems. Knowledge of the international DVB-T/H standard and EU requirements is a plus. Requires a BSEE or equivalent, MBA preferred.
