I'd like to briefly tell you about Axcera and what makes us different than other companies. Simply put, our people are passionate about serving our customers and making them happy that they made the decision to purchase from Axcera. Notice that I used the word "happy", not "satisfied", because in our minds, satisfied isn't enough. It is our mission to grow the business through delighted customers spreading the word about the performance and reliability of our technically advanced products, the initial and long-term quality that our products deliver, and the outstanding service and support that they receive from our knowledgeable and helpful staff. We relentlessly aim to be the best in all of these areas.

These are not just words meant to impress a prospective customer - it's the way we operate our business, and have done so since our founding as ITS Corporation in 1982.
