Field Service and Support
Our Customer Support Group includes a team of experienced Field Service Technicians available to travel to your site. This enables Axcera to quickly resolve any associated service issues. Additionally, these individuals are available for routine maintenance, equipment installation, proof of performance and product training.


Factory Service
We design and build all of our products at our facility, just south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We inventory an extensive stock of replacement parts and modules. In the event of an emergency off-air or reduced-power situation, this inventory is of critical importance to you. We hope that you will never need it, but we're there for you if you do. Our proximity to the Pittsburgh International Airport facilitates counter-to-counter shipments to minimize the shipping time.

Complete Installation and Integration Services
To maximize the performance of your Axcera transmitter or exciter system, we offer complete installation and integration services. Our knowledgeable Account Managers and Systems Engineers will work with you prior to the sale to ensure that you are provided with the appropriate solution to fit your needs. After the system has been ordered, we will create floor plans and racking drawings detailing the recommended installation at your site. These drawings will be based upon the dimensions of your facility. If you select the "Installation and Integration" option, we will visit your location for a complete site survey to specify the details of the installation.
