AXCERA TO DEMONSTRATE NEW INNOVATOR LX DVB-T/DVB-H ECHO-CANCELING REPEATER AT IBC 2007

SEPTEMBER 5, 2007, LAWRENCE, PA, U.S.A. - Axcera, a leading manufacturer and integrator of best-of-breed technology for the television broadcast, mobile media and broadband wireless access industries, today announced that it will demonstrate its new Innovator LX Series DVB-T/DVB-H echo-canceling repeater at the International Broadcasters Convention (IBC), September 7th through 11th, at the RAI Amsterdam in The Netherlands.

Following the successful introduction of the latest-generation Innovator LX DVB-T/DVB-H transmitter at NAB 2007, Axcera will demonstrate the echo-canceling repeater version of this advanced product at IBC 2007. This echo-canceling repeater was developed specifically for use in fixed or mobile DVB television applications with an overall insertion delay as low as six microseconds, ensuring a minimal impact on guard band margin. This compact product includes a modular exciter/control chassis and efficient LDMOS transistors for extremely linear operation.

Remote monitoring and control of the Innovator LX echo-canceling repeater is simple and convenient with the available Web browser/SNMP interface, allowing all repeater parameters to be securely accessed through any computer with an Internet connection. The Innovator LX is available in average DVB power levels ranging from 5 watts to 1850 watts.
