IPWireless and Axcera Form Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Worldwide Adoption of Leading 3G Broadband Technology

Under the terms of this agreement, Axcera, formerly ADC Broadband Wireless Group, will be a certified systems integrator and manufacturer of the IPWireless Advanced 3G Broadband wireless solution. Offering the system under the brand name Axity3G™ Broadband, Axcera will provide its customers with full consulting, design, engineering, project management, integration, installation, post-sales backup, and around-the-clock technical support. IPWireless will leverage Axcera's global resources and relationships to grow its sales channel with leading MMDS (multichannel multipoint distribution service) spectrum owners around the world. Axcera will benefit from becoming the first reseller and manufacturer of IPWireless' broadband devices for mobile, portable, and fixed environments - enabling consumers, small businesses, and enterprises with a mobile workforce to enjoy high-speed wireless Internet access anywhere, through a single network.
