Any and all information you submit to Axcera via telephone, fax, email, or online submission will be held private and never resold or shared.

Extranet
Our client extranet is password protected and resides on a secure server. The passwords will not be given out to other parties and any information posted within the extranet will be held private. Please do not give anyone outside your company access to the extranet. Axcera will not be held responsible for your actions. If someone outside your company has gained access to your extranet password please inform us ASAP so we can change your password.

Site Admin
Our site administration gathers your IP address and browser type to help us diagnose problems within our site. Collecting your IP address also allows us to track page views and what site referred you to us, if applicable. No personal information is gathered in this process.
